Only 3 miles to Disney - Beautifully furnished townhome on resort

This fantastic home has many upgrades and is located in the sought after area of Crestwynd Bay, near to Formosa Gardens area of US192. The community amenities consist of picnic areas, walking trails, cabana, children’s playground and large pool with sunbathing terrace.  The home has 3 large bedrooms (King, Queen, twin) and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs, with the other two on second floor.  Each room has ceiling fans and TV and the whole home has recently been redecorated and re carpeted throughout.  Living room is bright and spacious with tiled floor - a sliding door steps you out onto the private terrace with bistro  set for outside dining. Kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, black appliances, informal dining set and more...it is  fully equipped to give you the home from home feel.  There is parking to the front and the pool is located within less than a minute walk from the home. We have cable TV, wireless internet and security alarm system for guest use  - there is also baby equipment for the younger members.

From Orlando International Airport, head east on Airport Blvd Slight right onto Airport Blvd E Continue onto Jeff Fuqua Blvd Slight left onto S Semoran Blvd Take the ramp onto FL-528 W(Partial toll road) Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-4 W/Tampa and merge onto I-4 W Take exit 64 on I4 to merge onto FL-530 W/US-192 W/W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy toward Magic Kingdom Turn left onto N Old Lake Wilson Rd at light. Turn right onto Livingston Rd. Take the 1st left onto Mayaguana St – home is on left before pool.

This Crestwynd townhouse is beautifully decorated, and the beds in all three bedrooms are the most comfortable we've experienced in 44 years of travel to the Kissimmee area. The townhouse is wonderfully equipped with the most recent appliances and kitchen ware. The location provides perfect access to the activities of the theme parks, yet affords the tenant a quiet and peaceful environment in which to stay. Every shopping and entertainment need is at hand, yet you can relax in the quiet seclusion of the town home. We would recommend this unit, and the service we received from management was prompt, courteous and friendly from the initial contact and through the entire stay. The only assistance we required was confirmation on how to use the remotes for the four HD flat screen televisions, and after 15 seconds on the phone, everything was working well. Our expectations were met and exceeded with this home. We wished we could have stayed longer" Labelle

The house was very easy to find, it is about 10 minutes from disney parks and about 20 from Unviersal Studios. There are grocery, shopping and places to eat also within 10 minute drive. The location is quiet, comforting and very cozy. A home away from home! Doing business with Sharon was the best experience I've had. Checked out on Sunday and got a message about my deposit by Tuesday morning. Couldn't be happier. Will rent again!" Kathy

This place was great - all the amenities of a house!! Even a pack-n-play and extra stroller for us to use which was extremely handy for us! VERY close to Disney and other major parks as well as stores. Plenty of room for a family of 6 and it is pet friendly! Will be planning on using again." MHC

Very clean and presentable, quiet. About a 10 minute drive to front gate of Disney, 15-20 to Universal. Had a slight issue using the electronic lock to enter, pull the door towards you before pushing down the thumb latch:) Would definitely rent again." Mike

Great townhouse, very convenient to Disney right off of Rt 192. Sharon was fabulous to deal with and extremely accommodating to my circumstances as things came up. She represents Dennis Homes and the whole experience could not have been any better! The townhouse had a new beautiful kitchen and nicely appointed furnishings. One bedroom with Queen and own bathroom on first floor, master suite and twin kids bathroom on second level. All decorated with taste and not that cheesy Magic Kingdom look some rentals have. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I had to be at Wide World of Sports by 7am every day and this home could not be more convenient to being there within 10 minutes max. I believe door to door it was close to 5-6 miles max. I love the proximity to great restaurants like Giovanni's, Bonefish, Outback, Bahama Mammas, and Panera just up the road a few miles next to a Super Target and more restaurant choices. It beat eating the expensive less appealing options at the park(s) or hotel options. The rental rate was great too...much cheaper then staying in the Disney resorts with all of their fees. It was located in a passcode protected gated community 1/2 mile down from 192. I will definitely rent here again when I can if it is available. The only negative is others knowing about this property and it's future availability becoming at risk for me to get back in!" Jane
