At DHSI we have the expertise and knowledge of successful property management. We have been in the business for 5 years and have dealt with many highly satisfied owners.
We provide complete property care and understand that home management is indeed a work in progress. We value an owners input into their home and assist with all the requirements of the owner.
We are strongly committed to guest and owner relations. We have a service team to deal with any guest / home issues and provide in and out of office hours emergency cover.
We not only provide a concise property management service but also deal with obtaining rentals for those homes which belong to our rental program. We do not charge our owners a commission on their own reservations, only on the reservations obtained by us at DHSI.
